New Patients

Depending on the complexity of the condition, a new patient encounter will last approximately 45 minutes and include a history, physical examination, diagnosis, and treatment. Subsequent appointments last approximately 20 minutes.

Please bring all related paperwork to the first visit to include: completed new patient forms, current insurance card, surgical reports, and X-ray/MRI reports. New patients can complete all required forms prior to their first visit.

We realize that your time is valuable and respect your schedule.  We make every effort to run on time and do not overbook our patients.  For your convenience, we offer 24-hour scheduling online or by phone.

Prior to your first visit we encourage you to verify your insurance benefits to fully understand your coverage.  Likewise, the office will verify all new patient insurances to prevent financial surprises and time permitting will email you the results before the first visit. We are in network with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans.

For patients without insurance:

• First time treatment (includes exam and treatment) – $120
• Follow-up treatments – $60/visit

It is our policy to collect all fees at the time of service.  Convenient methods of payment include: cash, check and credit cards.

Patients are released from care when they have reached maximum medical improvement and have reached their individual treatment goals.  Treatment duration typically lasts 2-3 weeks for a frequency of 4-6 visits.
